Snow-Cap Community Charities

In the mid-1960's there were no social agencies in Oregon's East Multnomah County to address the growing need for aid to families in need. A group of churches banded together to form Snow-CAP. Today many churches, community groups, and dedicated individuals contribute money, time, food and clothing to Snow-CAP, working together in a unique way to provide help to families in need.
