Emergency Food
Food is available at SnowCap's shopping style pantry. SnowCap is located behind Rockwood United Methodist Church at 17805 SE Stark. You need to bring proof of address (POA) that is dated within the last 30 days. Usually, this is a utility bill or other postmarked mail received by the person at the address they list on their application. Please bring your own bags or boxes. SnowCap serves people who live east of 82nd and within Multnomah County so POA is required for every visit.

Emergency Clothes for Children
We have a small clothes closet for children under 14 years. Blankets are sometimes available in the winter.
Showers for the Homeless
If you are working with a program to end your homelessness you are welcome to shower between 10 AM and 1 PM weekdays. We want to help you return to more normal living arrangements.
Mobile Food Pantry
SnowCap brings food to low income schools and apartment complexes to reach children whose families are unable to get to our shopping style pantry. These monthly boxes are convenient, but not like shopping for your own food at our pantry.
Community Basket
Community Basket, a type of gleaning program, distributes boxes on the 2nd Thursday of each month at SnowCap. Noon to 2:00 p.m. For $15 a year, members receive a variety of foods, cleaning products, paper products, and a newsletter listing other savings opportunities in our area. If you would like to join this program bring photo ID and bags/boxes to carry your items home in.
Food 2 You
Food To You delivers food boxes to selected low income housing projects and retirement homes each month.
Back to School
SnowCap works with local schools to provide school supplies. School clothes are available from the clothes closet.
