FAQ

What's the best way to get a barrel?
Fill out the barrel request form above.

What are you most needed items?
Please check out our most needed items list.

Can I pick up/drop off my barrel over the weekend?
No. We are not open on the weekends. If you need to drop off/pick up over the weekend, please reach out to us so we can make special arrangements.

I don't want a barrel, but I'd like to host a donation drive. What can I do?
No problem! Please feel free to use whatever you would like to collect donations. Decorate a box, use a sotrage container, collect donations in your truck, etc. Please just let us know your plan.

What should I do when my barrel is full or getting close to full?
Please contact us, and we will schedule a volunteer to come empty or pick up the barrel.

Want to be a Food Drive Super-Hero?
While we can arrange pick-up of your donations if needed, the overwhelming generosity of the community right now means that our volunteer corps are stretched very thin and this may mean we cannot get there to pick up as quickly as usual. If you can find a way to bring them to us (place donations in bags or boxes and the empty barrel fits in most smaller SUV's), we will work with you to accomodate delivery times. This would truly be of GREAT help to us.
