Help keep cupboards stocked and families healthy with food and basic household and hygiene items. Please see list one next column. 

Donate Stocking Stuffers for Kids and Teens (Especially Teens!)

Beyond Food Drives - There are SO Many Ways to Help!

Make an ongoing monthly, semi-monthly or quarterly gift from your checking account or credit/debit card - This kind of gift helps our neighbors all year long! Reliable funding is essential to being a stable source of help for those in need. Visit www.snowcap.org or call 503-405-4293 to get started. 

Connect your workplace, faith community, service club or other organizations with SnowCap - Do you know of a group that would like to learn more about SnowCap? Whether it is a giving campaign at your work or a group of friends who care about their neighbors, we would love to know them! Contact [email protected] to find out the best way to connect. From coming to speak with your group, providing materials, scheduling tours or volunteer projects, there are many options.

The dramatic increase in need means that SnowCap is low on all pantry staples. Please consider donating food or hosting an end-of-year food drive at your business, church or organization.

We are open to receive donations at the Pine Street entrance from Monday through Friday.   

SnowCap is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation, so your gifts are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.


If you prefer to give cash,  your dollar can go further when SnowCap buys food with it.

Inexpensive Ways You Can Support SnowCap

  • Donate your bottle redemption cash!  Visit any Bottle Drop location or simply bring your bottles and cans to our donation center and we'll do the rest!
  • Donate your vehicle (working or otherwise!) Please call Speed's Towing at (503) 234-5555.
  • Get your car serviced at Gresham Ford (tell them you're there for the SnowCap donation program)
  • Donate the extra produce from your garden (you know you’ll have extra squash again this year!)
  • Start a conversation about SnowCap with friends who aren’t familiar with us
  • Volunteer your time
