Application for SnowCap's Utility Assistance is open for current SnowCap clients that live within our service area, East of 82nd Avenue and within Multnomah County or have Pacific Power. This is a two-step process:
Step 1: Fill out the application below.
Step 2: take a picture or screenshot of your bill and send to [email protected] or text to 503-405-4929.
Please know funding is not guaranteed and you must complete the 2-step process. It does take 2-3 business to review your application and a staff member will call or email you so please make sure your information is correct. If you visit the link and it is not accepting applications, it could be that we are working on current applications and want to make sure we are able to honor our commitment to those applications before accepting new ones. Solicitud para recibir ayuda con su pago de luz está abierto para clientes existentes de SnowCap y viven dentro del área de servicio que es este de la avenida 82 y dentro del condado de Multnomah. Este es un proceso de dos pasos:
