TriMet Fare Changes at SnowCap Effective July 1st, 2026

SnowCap has learned that we will receive half of the funds to help with TriMet fare that we have had in recent years.

This means that:

  • More people need fare than SnowCap has funds to purchase and we cannot help every person every month, as much as we wish we could.
  • It is VERY likely that folks will not receive a pass every month as we will prioritize those who did not receive a pass the month before.
 
Our TriMet Fare Request process is the following:
  • TriMet Fare Request open on the 25th of every month (unless it falls on a weekend then it will be the following business day). After the 25th, our request form will open up so please keep checking this page.
  • We are no longer able to fill Single-Day passes at this time. If you have a special circumstance, please contact our office after the 25th of the month at 503-674-8785.
  • Request will be process on the first of the month, unless it falls on a weekend. We will notify you if we were able to add fare.

If you visit the link and it is not accepting applications, it could be that we are working on current requests and want to make sure we are able to honor our commitment to those applications before accepting new ones. Feel free to check the link again later. Priority will be given to folks that did not receive funds the previous month and live or stay east of 82nd Avenue, and within Multnomah County.



Cambios en la tarifa de TriMet en SnowCap con efecto a partir del 1 de julio de 2026

SnowCap ha sabido que recibiremos la mitad de los fondos para ayudar con la oferta de TriMet que hemos tenido en los últimos años.
